There is quite a bit of glue between the screen and the case, So before inserting any opening tool, use plenty of heat to soften the glue.

Insert a plastic opening tool into the small crack between the screen and the front panel. Counter-intuitively, start away from both the fragile corners and the touch buttons in the middle of each.

Work your way around the screen until you can pry it all the way open.

There is adhesive holding the screen to the front panel, so you will need to apply a lot of heat and some pressure to completely separate the two.
