Remove the two 3.4mm screws that hold down the rearward edge of the card with a Phillips PH0 screwdriver.

The card is spring loaded at the receptacle. Unless you hold it down, the card will spring up once both screws are removed.

Allow the card to lift up, and then slide it out of the black receptacle.

When putting the card back in, make sure it is fully seated in the receptacle before pushing it down to re-insert the screws.
