Lift the keyboard perpendicular to the laptop.

Flip up each of the the two black ZIF locking flaps that secure the keyboard and trackpad ribbon cables to their motherboard sockets.

Disconnect the keyboard and trackpad ribbon cables.

Remove the keyboard.
