Unzip the zipper.

Double check that there are no other issues with the zipper line, like a missing box, a damaged pin, or torn tape.

Locate the area(s) on the zipper tape where teeth are missing.

Check both sides of the zipper tape.

If more than 3 consecutive teeth are damaged or missing, a full zipper line replacement is required.
