Determine where the conductive hose attaches to the vacuum body. Usually, it attaches by a socket on the side or back of the unit. Detach the Hose and observe the old hose for any cracks, tears, or blockages that would have affected its performance. To get rid of the badly damaged hose, dispose of it responsibly.
