Grab the instrument cluster and pull it away from the dash.

To disconnect the instrument cluster wiring harness, squeeze the grey and blue plastic tabs on the back of the instrument cluster together and gently pull the connector free.

Use caution when removing the instrument cluster from the dash—pulling too hard or too far can damage or disconnect the wires attached to the back.

You may need to wiggle the connector back and forth to loosen the wiring harness from the instrument cluster.
