Carefully detach the keypad board from the phone.

There is no need to unlatch the opposite side, it will come loose freely. Just be careful to snap back on both sides when you put on the new keyboard.

Watch out the plastic cap on the bottom of the phone fall loose at this point. Just don't loose it or forget to re-assemble.
