Insert the tip of angled tweezers underneath the earpiece speaker and gently pry it up to separate the adhesive.

Lift the earpiece speaker out of the phone.

Use angled tweezers to remove all the old adhesive from the frame before installing the earpiece speaker. If the replacement part doesn't include new adhesive, use 1 mm strips of thin, double-sided tape instead.
