Disconnect the flex cables on the board

Disconnect the board interconnect flex cable, it's a press connector

Disconnect the digitizer flex cable, it's a ZIF connector

Make sure that you don't rip the digitizer flex cable while disconnecting it as it's partially adhered to the board (you can see it in image 2)

Be mindful of the antenna wire on the board (circled in pink) when removing the board
