Power down your Roborock S5 vacuum.

Place it upside down with the omnidirectional wheel facing you.

Grab the wheel with your thumb and index finger and pull up.

The wheel assembly should pop out fairly easily and without too much force.

Remove any debris before replacing the wheel.
