Set the shoe out in the sunlight.

The amount of time to let it sit in the sun depends on how much sunlight there is. If the sky is clear then you can leave it for 30-60 minutes. If the sky is cloudy or it's getting dark you are safe leaving it for 1-3 hours.

Do not leave it out too long in direct sun or the sole may peel off.
