How to Rehydrate a Dried Eyeliner Pen

Remove the cap from your eyeliner pen.

Take a small pair of pliers and gently remove the felt rod from inside the liner.

Some liners may require you to unscrew the end of the liner to remove the felt rod.

If you do not have pliers, tweezers can also be used for this fix.
