Ensure that the water reservoir is empty.

Pour the solution into the water reservoir.

Start the unit, set it to max cooling and max speed.

After setting to max speed and max cooling press ON/OFF and COOL buttons quickly at the same time and hold for 5 seconds until a beep is heard.
