Use tweezers to hold the charging port in place, and use a soldering iron to desolder the four soldering points.

With tweezers, gently remove the charging port.

If there is any resistance, stop immediately to not cause any damage to the motherboard. You may have missed a solder point.

Before attaching the new charging port, make sure to clean the previous spot, and remove any residue of adhesive using a connector conditioner and detailing brush.
