Locate two screws in the interior of the can.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws that hold the folding mechanism in place.

Do not attempt to unscrew the screws if they are frozen, you could end up stripping the screw which would make it almost impossible to remove.

If the screws are frozen and do not want to move, spray some WD40 or another lubricant around their heads to help loosen them.
