First, heat up the back of the phone using a heat gun, iOpener, or this heating mat I have. If you are using a heating mat like I am, I recommend putting a suction cup on the front so you can take it off the rubber surface. If you are using a heat gun or a heating mat, set it to 80°C (176°F) for 90 seconds.
