Remove the touchpad

Open the laptop to about a 45 degree angle, keeping the laptop upside down.

Push up on the touchpad until its top edge is freed from the frame.

Pull the touchpad towards the top of the laptop and remove it.

Before securing the touchpad, insert its bottom edge under the bracket on the bottom edge of the laptop.
