Use the pointed end of a spudger to pry the earpiece speaker from the frame.

Remove the earpiece speaker.

The earpiece speaker's flex cable is very fragile. Work slowly to prevent tearing the cable.

If there's any alcohol remaining, use a lint-free cloth to wipe it up or allow the alcohol to dry off before installing a new earpiece speaker.

Make sure the flex cable is in its groove on the frame during reassembly.

Peel the blue liners from your new earpiece speaker and install it.
