Remove the outer gasket and set it aside for reinstallation.

Disconnect the clip from the headlight mount.

It should stay attached by the Philips #1 screw however this may become loose from daily use and the clip may become disconnected.

In this instance simply reinstall the clip as shown and tighten the screw with the Philips #1 screwdriver.

Remove the headlight so the housing is empty and ready for replacement.
