Take one pipe cleaner and wrap it all the way around the seal of the liquid lipstick cap to help prevent water from entering the lipstick.

Wrap a second pipe cleaner one to two times around the first pipe cleaner.

Make sure you leave enough length on either side of the pipe cleaner so that it can hang onto the sides of the bowl.
