Use the spudger to pry off the plastic lens that covers the LCD screen.

You will feel some resistance due to the adhesive put in between the screen and the plastic lens. Be careful not to damage the LCD screen.

When reassembling, put the screen lens on last. It is much easier to align the lens when you use the upper casing as a guide.
