If your replacement speaker included the volume and power button cable pre-installed, skip the remaining steps and begin reassembly.

Gently slide an opening pick underneath the power button and pry to separate it from the left speaker.

The power buttons are secured to the speaker with light adhesive.

The ribbon cable is fragile; be careful not to tear it.

Repeat the process for the two volume buttons.
