Use a T5 Torx screwdriver to loosen the remaining four screws in the following order, one full turn at a time, until they are removed:

Screw 1

Screw 2

Screw 3

Screw 4

Follow a diagonal pattern turning each screw one full turn at a time until they are removed to prevent uneven pressure on the CPU.
