Use a pair of tweezers to remove the right speaker from the rear case.

There is a small lip covering the rear of the speaker and a small amount of adhesive holding it down.

Compare your new replacement part to the original part—you may need to transfer remaining components or remove adhesive backings from the new part before you install it.
