Remove keyboard cover

Use your fingers to pull the keyboard cover straight back towards you to release the cips.

The trackpad ribbon is still attached. Tilt the keyboard cover towards you to reveal the ribbon cable connector.

Loosen the trackpad ribbon cable and remove the ribbon.

Set the keyboard cover aside.
