Swing the motherboard toward the top of the midframe to access the underside of the motherboard.

A metal bracket with a screw boss and thermal paste will likely fall off of the motherboard during this step. Keep track of the bracket and during reassembly return it to its position, shown in the last photo. One of the motherboard screws will thread into it.
