To replace the key caps, line them up with the cutouts on each switch and push down.

Make sure to let the keyboard dry before putting the keycaps back on your switches. This is a precautionary step to prevent future damage.

Once you have reassembled the keys, press the ones you have repaired 5 to 10 times making sure you have cleaned and fixed them properly.

Remember these key caps are plastic, so you can apply a little more pressure than normal when putting them back on.
