Use one side of a pair of tweezers to reach underneath the vibration motor using the gap in the frame near the bottom right corner of the battery.

Whenever you use tweezers near the battery, be very careful not to puncture the battery.

With the tweezers underneath the edge of the vibration motor, pull it straight up out of its recess, away from the phone.

Remove the vibration motor.
