A line of filament is still connecting the hose to the body of the 3D printer.

Using a cutting device, carefully cut the line of filament until the hose is independent of the printer.

When cutting the filament, cut it at a 45 degree angle. This ensures that when the filament is inserted in the new nozzle, the material does not clump inside when melted.

Once the filament is cut, place the detached hose out of the way but in a safe part of the printer, as to avoid sticking to another printer component.
