Unplug the power cord before you begin.

The saw blade is sharp, in order to prevent injury, you may want to wear protective gloves when handling it.

Depress the spindle lock button to prevent the blade from spinning when you unfasten it.

While depressing the spindle lock, use a 3/16 hex key to remove the socket set screw securing the blade in place.
