Assuming you will never want to attempt this repair a second time, you can apply hot clue liberally around the perimeter of the keyboard's meta back plate.

Use hot-melt glue to replace each of the 96 plastic rivets with glue. Use a razor to cut away excess glue from the rivet points below the DVD because if the dolops of glue are more than about 1mm in thickness this will press on the DVD chassis causing the DVD to bind.
