Before needle repair, make sure the brewer is disconnected from any power outlet.

Lift the handle to open the top of the brewer.

There are two sharp needles that puncture the K-Cup pack. One is above the K-Cup holder and the other is in the bottom of the holder. Be careful when cleaning the top needle.
