Press the two locking arms on either side of the RAM card away from each other.

When the RAM is free from the locking arms, it should pop up to rest at an angle to the laptop.

Remove the RAM card by sliding it out from its port at the same angle at which it rests.

During reinstallation, insert the RAM card into the slot at the same angle which it rested earlier, then press it down until the locking arms clasp around it.
