Once the protector is lifted from screen, use the plastic opening tool to remove the actual screen from device, using an opening near the bottom left corner.

Once both parts are removed from the device, you can insert the new screen itself. Make sure that the digitizer cable of the new screen is placed within the recess when replacing the screen.

If necessary, use adhesive to more firmly secure the LCD or the protector screen to the rest of the device.
