Screw open the 2 top screws located at the red arrows. Use a magnetic tip for easy retrieval.

Use the door panel removal tools to pry it open from its 4 brackets.

Disconnect the battery at this point if you haven't done so.

Slowly remove the head unit from its enclosure and detach the cables.

Power, speaker output and steering wheel control.
