Now with your opened key take the part with battery and push back one of the clips that is holding it down. When the clip is pushed back, this should allow you to tip up the battery and for it to be taken out that side.

Note, the clip has quite a bit of resistance. Don't worry, it is designed to be this way and you'll need to apply a bit of slow, even, pressure.
