Remove the motherboard by carefully prying up the LCD connector, removing one black screw, and releasing the clamp that holds the flexible cable for the buttons

Be careful when you lift the board out so as not to disturb the cameras which you can leave attached to the board.

Transfer the earpiece speaker and the sensor block to the new screen before reinstalling the motherboard

Be careful to tuck the cameras gently into place.

Don't touch the camera lenses!

Gently peel up the cable that joins the motherboard to the daughterboard and transfer it along with the coaxial cable.

Transfer the daughterboard to the new screen.
