Loosen the seat clamp by pulling the black lever away from the frame. Once this is done, simply rotate the lever counter-clockwise to loosen the seat.

Stand on the right side of the bike while loosening the lever and make sure the bike isn't upside-down. This will prevent the seat from falling off during this process.
