Unscrew the Philipps #000 screw.

There is some adhesive beneath the loudspeaker, especially under the small flex cable on its side. Don't damage or rip the cable while you remove it.

Use the flat end of a spudger to pry off the loudspeaker.

Use tweezers to grab the loudspeaker and remove it.
