Begin pushing rope through the individual holes in the wood pieces (use a sewing kit if necessary).

If there is the need to use a sewing kit to drag the rope through the wood here is how to do so: Push the needle through the end of the rope and tie a knot around the rope. Once you are finished with this, push the needle through the rope holes and then sew the rope through the individual pieces.
