Remove 1x philips screw from the arm unit, then pull it out.

Like the drive unit, it's held in place by a connector on the bottom.

If your 'bot keeps getting it's arms stuck behind chairs etc.. you can remove the cover from the arm motor box, remove the spring inside it and use some hotsnot to keep the arm in retracted position.
