-[* black] Put the laser back in the PlayStation, and see how it reads various games. If you can read 80% of your games after doing this, then your laser should be adjusted enough to read games with good success. Shoot for 90% if you can.
-[* black] To perform a read test, find a certain amount of games you can use to test the lasers read performance. You can use as many as you want, but make sure you have a fair amount to reasonably judge the read performance of the laser. I used 5 games, but you can use more or less, if you wish.
-[* black] ***Do not adjust the laser further until you finish the current test.*** Play each game on the system, and see if it reads correctly. Account for any problems in the performance of the game. If it does not read, FAIL it for this test, and test it again when you adjust it further. If it has problems, call it FLAKY. If it reads correctly pass it.
-[* black] For any further testing on this, adjust the laser further and then do the test from the beginning as if it was a new test. There will be a point you spin the laser up so fast, the motor spins down quickly for exceeding it's limit for adjustment. Once you find this, remember it and don't hit it again.
-[* icon_note] From this point on, you can adjust the laser without removing it from the console if further adjustment is required. Just don't do this with a game in it.
-[* black] If you see the ***Insert PlayStation CD-ROM*** screen, you are going too slow to get it to authenticate the test disc. You will need to increase the trimpot futher.
+[title] Game read test
+[* black] Put the laser back in the PlayStation and to a read test to see how many games you can get to read. If you can get 80%, this should be what you try for. You ideally want something higher then 80% if you can get it You should go for 90% or better.
+[* black] To test the read percentage, put a certain amount of games in the system. You can use as many games as much as you want but 5 games is more then enough to get a good idea on how well the laser works. ***While you are doing this read test, do not adjust the laser until you finish testing the current adjustment.***
+[* black] If you can get the game to load, play each game on the system for a little bit and see if any issues come up. Take notes of any problems that come up during the play test. Games that do not load should be failed, while games with problems should have such issues noted.
+[* black] If you want to try for a better read percentage, adjust the laser further and repeat this test. At some point you will get too fast and no games will read. Once you get to this point, back off until you find the sweet spot on your particular laser.
+[* icon_note] If you see the ***Insert PlayStation CD-ROM*** screen, you are going too slow for the system to read the game. If you see this happen, you will need to increase the trimpot further.
