+[* black] With the vise grip in the locked position: use the screw adjustment at the back to close on the zipper housing. (Make sure you're clamping just the zipper housing and NOT the zipper pulls or fabric.)
+[* black] Remove the vise grip and tighten it ever so slightly: a 1/16th or 1/8th of a turn should be enough: you're trying to apply the slightest pressure to both sides of the zipper.
+[* black] Clamp the vise grip down on the zipper: this time, the vise grip should lock just a little as you clamp down. Do BOTH sides of the zipper with the same setting.
+[* black] It might take a few tries but eventually the zipper will start zipping again. Spray the zipper with silicone for a super working zipper.
