[* black] On the right side of the monitor, remove the screw securing the power supply shield. You also want to remove the screw on the top that's below the panel PCB.
-[* black] Lift up the lower plate to remove the power supply shield from the monitor. There is no need to completely remove this. However, if you choose to do this you can very easily do so by unlatching it from the panel frame.
