- | [* icon_caution] Guide the plastic tool around the perimeter of the panel to remove all the clips that are supporting it in place. See next image. ***Please note:*** it is important to not pull the panel off by one corner as it can cause damage to the plastic. |
- | [* icon_caution] The keyboard panel should now detach from the frame as shown in the picture. ***Please note:*** there are 2 ribbon cables attached to the keyboard and trackpad so ***DO NOT*** pull the keyboard panel away until you disconnect these ribbons shown in the next step. |
