-[* black] Once the screen is off the speaker is on the bottom left of the phone. There are three 3.7mm screws that need to be taken off that are on the right, in the middle, and on the left. This can be done with the Torx t3 drill bit.
-[* black] After the screws are off use the spudger to gently lift up the whole speaker.
