-[* black] Carefully turn your Qianlong Rolling Office Chair over onto its side, so that you have clear access to the underside of the seat.
-[* black] Remove the old bolts and hardware by unscrewing each bolt with your torque wrench, turning counterclockwise. We will be replacing them with new ones.
-[* red] The bolts should be in each of the four corners of the metal plate under the seat.
