Introduction
Over time, due to excessive sitting or wear, wheel bearings develop flat spots and lose lubrication causing poor performance, and if left untreated, failure. The purpose of this guide is to walk the user through the process of replacing the wheel bearings on a typical motorcycle wheel using a wheel from a 1996 CBR900RR.
You will need a few tools, some new wheel bearings and seals, some paper towels, and a good wheel bearing grease.
