Introduction |
| Replacing the Carburetor O-Ring is a slightly messy but short process. You will have to first remove the air filter and the casing and then you will go behind all that which will expose the carburetor and allow you to replace the O-Ring by removing it. You will need some equipment that will be useful through the process; gloves, an empty container, cloth, and a brand-new O-ring. Before starting this replacement make sure your engine has been turned off and cooled down prior to touching the machine. This replacement can be very useful and handy because most of the time people throw their lawnmowers out not knowing what’s wrong but this is one of the most common issues which can be easily fixed and solved. This problem usually occurs since the grass twigs and other debris slowly makes their way up to the engine when it is chopped up by the blade and after some time the debris gets all stuck up inside of the carburetor and causes the O-Ring to wear out.
