Introduction
If the plastic sensor cover on your Cisco Meraki MC74-HW phone holder is brokendamaged or the plastic sensor cover piece is  missing, use this guide to replace it.

 The phone holdersensor cover is necessary so the phone covers the sensor and the device realizes that it needs to end the call. If this component is not working properly, calls may not be ended when the phone is placed back into it’s holder.

Replacing the phone sensor cover will ensure the sensor is covered by the phone when it is placed in the holder and end calls properly.
